Patrenia Werts Onuoha

Patrenia Werts Onuoha is the CEO of Resilience Resources for Life, LLC, with over 30 years of global, cross-industry leadership in operations, strategy, coaching, and transformation. Trained as an engineer, her career spans Fortune 100 companies including Harley-Davidson and Shell Nigeria, consulting and entrepreneurial firms such as Reliance Bank and Phillips Consulting, and executive coaching engagements across Africa. A global citizen from North Carolina, USA, she has lived and worked in Nigeria for over 20 years.

A Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, John Maxwell Coach, and Positive Psychology Practitioner, Patrenia has consulted for MTN, Guinness, and Nigerian Breweries, and works with clients including Duke University, NNPC, NLNG, Mangates, and Lagos Business School. She is the creator of MOREJOY360 (MOJO360), Co-Creator/Host of the Peppersoup Stories Podcast, and currently serves as Director of Marketing and Communications for ICF Nigeria.
