Nkiru Adekoya

Nkiru Adekoya, Founder of Mind Matters Coaching, is a seasoned executive with over 20 years’ experience in finance, entrepreneurship and coaching. She began her career in the UK financial sector before joining the founding team at First Funds Limited (now FBN Quest) in Nigeria, rising from entry level to Managing Director within a decade. Known for strong client relationships and local market insight, she served on multiple investee company boards. She later became a partner in a successful fashion and luxury brand. A certified Life Coach and Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner, she now develops leaders, individuals, and teams across sectors.
