Folake OLUWOLE fondly called FO is an Impactful and Transformational Coach. FO is genuinely interested in career growth and alignment, building committed teams, leadership development and personal growth. FO had her first stint in Coaching with IAC (International Association of Coaching) Canada and joined the International Coaching Federation ICF in 2009/2010.

FO’s coaching practice is built on a deep commitment to fostering work life balance in women and GEN Z to Millennial “boys to Men”. Her other coaching niches include up-skilling and re-skilling for women, corporate coaching for start up businesses (0-5 years old) and revitalizing the “Human Resources” of older businesses (6+ years).
