An executive and leadership coach with over 25 years’ experience in leadership development, organisational transformation, and business agility across global organisations. He holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and is an Accredited Mentor Coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner, and Accredited Team Coach (ATC) with the Agile Coaches Alliance. Femi serves as Director of Education and Credentialing Support for the ICF Nigeria Charter Chapter, supporting coaching excellence, professional development, and credentialing pathways. He is an ICF Assessor for Level 1 and Level 2 programmes and a Faculty member for multiple ICF-accredited training providers. His coaching approach is strengths-based, human-centred, and pragmatic, blending empathy, emotional intelligence, and strategic insight. He is passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) and supports leaders navigating complexity, transformation, and AI-enabled strategy to achieve sustainable impact.
