Dr. Mirian Kene Kachikwu, PCC is a senior corporate legal leader and neuroscience-based transformation strategist with over 20 years’ experience at the intersection of law, governance, leadership, and performance. She is the Founder of Unleash Academy, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and an Associate of the British Neuroscience Association, integrating neuroscience-informed leadership with organisational transformation. Dr. Kachikwu is the creator of the MindForm™, multi-modal neuro-plasticity activating tool essential for deep, sustainable shifts in mindset, trust, and performance.
