Schooled in UNiversity of Nigeria Nsukka, University of Lagos and Lagos State University and graduated with B.SC, MPA and DBA respectively. Worked as a Human Resources professional in Chevron Nigeria Ltd for 27 years, 20 of those years as a leader and 7 as Executive Director of HR & Medical. Managed the strategic direction of talent management, worked internationally, on the board of two Chevron companies , was a certified 360 degrees internal coach for more than 10 years.

I became a coach affiliated to the International Coaching Federation in 2020 and I am ACC certified. I have coached leaders in several organizations including NNPC, African Reinsurance, IHS and others. My coaching strength is questioning that evokes deep reflection, presence and partnership with clients
