Ajibola Ponnle, PCC

Ajibola Ponnle, PCC, is an executive coach and organisational psychologist with over 30 years of leadership experience across the private and public sectors. She is widely recognised as a pioneer of professional coaching in Nigeria and Africa, the founding President of the ICF Nigeria Charter, and the first to formally introduce executive coaching into the Lagos State Government. She also served as the pioneer executive coach at Lagos Business School.

Ajibola is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner, holds degrees in Economics and Organisational Behaviour, and is a Harvard Kennedy School Public Leadership Credential holder. Her coaching work focuses on leadership effectiveness, systemic transformation, and human-centred change in complex organisations.
