Abiola is a certified facilitator, an ICF certified master coach (MCC), transformative executive and team coach. She has supported executive, leaders and their teams to think outside the box in ways not previously considered with tools and techniques that bring desired positive change and meaningful business outcomes. As an experienced HR practitioner, she also facilitates leadership transformation through the design and implementation of end-to-end consulting, training and coaching interventions for organisations who desire to embed leadership capabilities and promote culture shifts that align with organisation’s core values and behavioural attributes.

She is also the Director of West Africa for Coach Masters Academy, a global organization renowned for providing approved ICF certified coach training programmes.
