Abigail spent over two decades at the executive table shaping organizational culture, and partnering with boards across globally recognized brands in healthcare ( SmithKline Beecham); banking (Citibank and United Bank for Africa); and, telecommunications (Etisalat now e& ).

Abigail works with senior executives, public-sector leaders, entrepreneurs, high-potential talent, and board-level professionals navigating complexity, transition, and growth. She cultivates a confidential space of trust and thoughtful challenge in which her clients define the agenda and measures of success – from elevating their effectiveness as leaders through switching careers to building and scaling new ventures.

Abigail is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) (ICF) – International Coaching Federation and holds an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching ( ACTC-ICF )She has also attended the AMP at Said Business School (Oxford University, UK).
