She currently serves as General Manager, Business Transformation at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. Lara is a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Business Analysis Professional and holds a Certificate in Executive Management from Yale School of Management. She has received multiple global and regional recognitions.

She is the Founder of H.R. GEMs Coaches Network – a community of HR professionals interested in transforming themselves to be change agents through life transforming tools such as coaching,CBT, NLP, EI etc. She is also an author of two books.
