Adebisi “Bisi” Okusanya

Adebisi “Bisi” Okusanya is a People and Culture leader with over 15 years’ experience in organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, and HR business partnering. She began her career in aviation with Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Nigeria Airways before transitioning into HR. She served as Group Talent Manager and Head of Business Partnering at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, and later joined Kimberly-Clark as HR Manager for West, East, and Central Africa. In March 2024, she was appointed Acting HR Director, Middle East & Africa, leading organisational transformation initiatives delivering over $11M in cost savings.

Bisi holds degrees from the University of Ibadan and the University of Lagos and is affiliated with CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, and the British Psychological Society. She is a trained ICF coach and Managing Partner at HR Transformation LLC.
