Lanre Onasanya is a seasoned performance consultant, executive coach, and business leader with over 35 years of experience in strategy, leadership development, and organizational performance.

As Co-Founder and Managing Director of H.C. Bonum Limited, he partners with executive teams navigating growth, transformation, and complex people challenges, delivering consulting, training, and coaching across Africa, the USA, Canada, and the UAE. Lanre previously held senior leadership roles at Microsoft Africa.

He holds an MBA (Marketing), is an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, has completed multiple executive development programs, serves on corporate boards, and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation.
